Whilst we do not offer Legal Aid for this type of work at the initial meeting we can discuss and agree a payment plan for you.
This can be:-
- Monthly billing
- Payment by standing order
- Credit car or switch payment
There are also disbursements that will be payable. These can include the Court fee for the issue of the Petition, which is currently £300 and a fee of £45 for the application for the decree nisi to be made absolute. These are payable in addition to your legal fees.
