Discrimination

When people consider the word discrimination they consider that it is only applicable in the workplace.  This is not the case, the Equality Act 2010 makes it clear that general principles that there should be no indirect discrimination on grounds of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, sex and race go further than just the workplace and are also applicable to schools, colleges, universities and how they treat their students or choose their students.

If you consider that you may have been the victim of discrimination, either at work or elsewhere please contact Katie Kearns on 02476 553181 for a free initial consultation.
